Progress Over Perfection
"And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up." — Galatians 6:9 (ESV)
It happens every time. You start the day with a beautiful homeschool plan—Bible, math, science, a fun craft, maybe even a nature walk. But by 10 AM, someone’s crying over handwriting, the toddler dumped out all the crayons, and you’ve already reheated your coffee twice.
Ever feel like you’re failing?
Let me remind you: progress matters more than perfection.
Your child doesn’t need the “Pinterest-perfect” homeschool. They don’t need a mom who never loses her patience. They need a mom who keeps showing up. A mom who loves them through the mess. A mom who trusts that God is working even when the day goes sideways.
So take a deep breath, let go of perfection, and celebrate progress.
✨ Prayer: Lord, help me let go of unrealistic expectations. Teach me to celebrate progress, trust Your timing, and keep going even when things don’t go as planned.
