Planting Seeds of Faith
Proverbs 22:6 – "Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it."
Homeschooling isn’t just about math facts and reading comprehension. It’s about shaping the whole child—mind, body, and soul. Proverbs 22:6 reminds us that the seeds we’re planting now will grow into something eternal.
I know it’s not always easy. Some days, it feels like you’re just trying to survive until bedtime. But every scripture you read together, every prayer you whisper over their sleeping heads, every moment you point them toward Jesus is building a foundation that will last.
Think of it like gardening. You might not see the results right away. Some seeds take time to sprout. But God is faithful to grow what we faithfully plant. Trust that He’s working in your children’s hearts, even when you don’t see it.
This week, what’s one small way you can bring faith into your homeschool? Maybe it’s a memory verse, a Bible-themed craft, or a discussion about how God made the world around us. These little moments add up in big ways.
