Strength for the Overwhelmed Mom

Philippians 4:13 – "I can do all this through Him who gives me strength."

Let’s be honest—motherhood is no joke. Some days, it feels like you’re trying to juggle a million things at once, and no matter how hard you try, something always falls. Maybe it’s the homeschooling schedule that’s behind, or the laundry pile that has turned into a mountain. Whatever it is, it’s easy to feel like you’re failing. But here’s the truth: God doesn’t expect you to do it all on your own.

Philippians 4:13 is my go-to verse on the hard days. It’s a reminder that His strength is always available to us. We don’t have to muscle through on our own. When I’m feeling frazzled, I try to pause for a moment, whisper a prayer, and remind myself of this promise. His strength is perfect when mine is not. And guess what? That’s every single day.

What’s one thing you’re facing this week that feels too big for you? Let’s give it to Him together. He’s got you, mama, and He’s got this.
