Your Children Are a Gift
Psalm 127:3 – "Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from Him."
Oh, mama, isn’t it humbling to think that God chose you specifically to be the mom of your little ones? It’s not just a coincidence—it’s divine intention. This verse is such a sweet reminder that our children are more than just our responsibility; they’re treasures, direct gifts from the Lord Himself.
But let’s be honest—some days, that perspective is hard to hold onto. When the laundry is piling up, the kids are arguing, and you’re trying to cook dinner while answering a hundred questions, it’s easy to lose sight of the bigger picture. Yet, even in the messy moments, they are blessings.
Today, I want to encourage you to pause. Take a moment to look at your kids—not as the whirlwind of energy they may be in this moment but as the precious souls they are. God entrusted you with their hearts, their minds, their growth. What a beautiful, overwhelming, incredible calling.
As you go about your day, think of one way you can intentionally celebrate your children. Maybe it’s an extra story at bedtime, a little note in their lunch, or a quick dance party in the kitchen. Whatever it is, let it remind you—and them—just how loved and treasured they are.
